International Order Policy

For Orders Outside India

Exchange & Return Policy

  • All international orders require pre-payment.
  • Once an order has been sent for processing or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order please send an email to technomedindia@outlook.com along with your order number within 8 hours of placing the order.
  • International Orders are subjected to a 4% cancellation charge, irrespective of the
    cancellation period. The cancellation period is a maximum of 8 hours, after that orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Contact Technomed Customer Service help@technomed.net in case of any damage or defect in the product.
  • Any damaged or defected product will be applicable for an exchange, not a return . Exchange requests should be forwarded to customer service within 36 hours of receiving the product.
  • On receiving an exchange request from a customer, customer service will authorise the return of an article back to Technomed warehouse. The customer needs to email the image of the damaged products to customer service to receive a return authorisation for the damaged product.
  • Technomed reserves the right to refuse unauthorized return shipments. Shipments will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • The customer is responsible for packing returns properly. If item becomes damaged during the shipping process the return may be denied once inspected by Technomed .
  • Exchange for a damaged or defective product will be initiated after inspection of the product by Technomed.
  • All items are non-returnable. Please go through the sizing chart and product description thoroughly before ordering any product. Size exchange is also not offered.
  • Refund for all international orders cancelled within 8 hours will be initiated within 3-6 days.
  • Not all articles listed on the website come with a warranty. For warranty-related information contact help@technomed.net
  • Any product that incurs a problem during warranty period , needs to be sent back to us for service or repair. Shipments will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Shipping Policy

Estimated Delivery refers to the date range the product is estimated to arrive after you place an order. This includes the lead time and transit time and considers all factors to give you the date range in which your order is estimated to be delivered at your door.

A tracking number will be provided only after the order has been shipped.

Garments, gel sheets, nostril retainers, fat collector and transfer system, accessories, canisters, liners, prosthesis, infiltration pump, tubing’s will be shipped within 2-8 days of receiving the order.

Aspirators, cannulas, microsurgery instruments will be shipped 2-4 weeks after order confirmation.

Delivery or transit time may vary as per delivery location and country.

Please note that the international shipping cost does not include additional taxes and fees that may be applied by customs. Tracking details will be provided once the order has been collected by the shipper.

The recipient is responsible for covering any costs incurred through customs as well as providing required documentation for the shipment to be successfully delivered. If the recipient does not follow through with required documentation and/or taxes and fees, Technomed is not responsible for any seizure of goods by the customs department in the shipping country.

Technomed will not be responsible for any delays or issues that occur at the customs of the destination country.
